This logo uses the number 4 (chaar in Hindustani) to integrate it as a ‘Y’ through subtle modifications in form and create a single word icon for the two-word title.

The logo was offered as a gift to the contemporary music group that creates wonderful music around Sufi poetry. However, the gift was neither accepted nor acknowledged since the group didn’t seem to feel any need or use for it. Ironically, it was Dr. MadanGopal Singh, the band’s singer and composer, who had, about a couple of decades ago, introduced me to the understanding that “a gift is only complete when it is accepted; else it is only imposition of power.”
