Elisabeth Henderson, is Director of The Recess College and The Leadership Insight Profile which she founded in 1988, to offer organisational and personal development experience of leadership change and authenticity.
Elisabeth’s career began in social action and later in adult, group psychotherapy and organisational dynamics. She trained at the LSE and Tavistock Institute, London. As a consultant she is committed to cross-national training and development.
As a lead consultant on major organisational change projects in industry, government and private sector, she works with political pressures, team and personal dynamics within large-scale organisational change and high-risk projects.
Elisabeth’s work has included emergent situations of national emergency or regime change with the Ministry for Privatisation in Poland, on its leadership of national macro-economic and business turnaround; Belfast City Council on integration of services to a divided community; Delft and Twente Universities, The Netherlands, in the field of Cognitive Robotics; the NHS on medical theatre emergency risk, and the expansion of private equity fund management across Central Europe.
